    Given enough rest, patients aren’t expected to stay in bed for the most part if they have the capacity to move. Sometimes, the therapists ask patients to do some work at home or to avoid certain movements. You can ask the physical therapist about the exercises and their mechanics, so you can assist your children better as they do their prescribed homework. This might seem like small things but the accumulation of fatigue and strain from doing the wrong movements may result in pain and injury.
