Managing symptoms depends on the diagnosis and presenting symptoms. We aim to empower clients with the tools to manage their symptoms independently. For most clients, we recommend at least a year of support to account for cancellations, rescheduling, vacations, and sudden life events.

Individual Therapy

MetroEHS provides one on one mental health support for current clients of MetroEHS who need extra support with the following:

MetroEHS offers masters level social work professionals.*  We aim to empower clients with the tools to manage their symptoms independently.

A clinical social worker is a licensed professional who diagnoses and treats mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders, providing individual, group, and family therapy. They help individuals cope with difficult situations, develop coping strategies, and access resources like support groups.

MetroEHS mental health services are offered exclusively to current MetroEHS clients and their families.

*Mental health and social work services are dependent upon individual insurance coverage.
