Madison Heights Therapy Clinic

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Madison Heights location of MetroEHS. They are a team of compassionate, caring and understanding people. It is a calming environment to be in and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my daughter in their hands. We switched from another facility, and there have been big leaps for my daughter. She went from not wanting to leave my side and crying the entire time, to happily walking away from me at Madison Heights! In fact, today was the first time she ran into the therapy room without caring to look back and say goodbye to me!! As a parent of a special needs 3 year old, this is a massive advancement. She feels safe and secure in her environment without the protection of her mother by her side. She is making improvements in speech and occupational therapy, and meeting her goals. After each session, the therapists communicate thoroughly with you on what was worked on and how your child did. Rest assured, your child is in good hands with their team!

Prior to enrolling my son in therapy I was so nervous. Rest assured the staff at MetroEHS is wonderful! They are patient, loving, high skilled, and welcoming to children. One of the best decisions I’ve made was trusting them to help my child.

The staff at MetroEHS are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. From the desk staff to the therapists. My twins enjoy going and I’m looking fw to their success. Therapists seem to love what they do and genuinely care about getting them on the right track.

My son receives Speech/OT/PT services there, and I really like all of the staff from the front office to the therapy team! He’s always greeted with open arms and I genuinely feel like they care about him beyond being a client. His therapists are very good with communicating what they worked on and what they’re are working on. The facility is clean and it’s just an all around great place to receive services!

My son does physical therapy here with Kendall and we absolutely love her. Our family really enjoys the time she spends to help our son and we are so glad to have met her. She is able to connect with my son on a different level and I enjoy watching the trust he has developed with her. He goes twice a week and it's always a great fun time.

Our experience at MetroEHS Madison Heights has been nothing short of spectacular. My son is in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy several times weekly. Front office staff is always so friendly and helpful! We appreciate every member of the team. My son’s therapists are incredible individuals who are extremely well versed in their profession. We have seen immense progress over the course of several months- there’s no greater feeling than seeing your child succeed in things they have struggled with in the past. His therapists are ready every session welcoming us with open arms, hearts, and minds and make both my son and I at ease and ready to complete the task at hand.
