MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides continuing education programming for MetroEHS clinicians as often as possible. We believe that clinicians who learn from a variety of theoretical approaches to intervention, across the disciplines, make for stronger and well-rounded therapists.

Our ultimate goal is an earlier discharge for our clients and providing the best possible care utilizing a collaborative knowledge base.

Dr. Solomon, Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician, founder of the PLAY Project, spoke to MetroEHS employees in late January of 2022. This program assists our therapists with re-engaging our parents, all therapy staff: Speech, OT, PT & BCBAs took classes with The PLAY Project encouraging therapy staff to learn how to “play” with their kiddos in therapy but trains us how to teach our parents to “play” with their children. Several of our MetroEHS are now certified Play Project Clinicians! Thank you, Dr. Solomon!
