Behavior Support Specialist

I absolutely love working for metro EHS and cannot see myself EVER parting ways from this company. I have grown from a Behavior Technician to a Registered Behavior Technician, to the current Behavior Support Specialist at South Lyon. I have always found a joy with children and find this work to be more than rewarding. This job, company, the CEO, my coworkers, the clients, and my supervisors have inspired me to completely direct all of my attention, studies, passions, and desires to this field.

I originally started my position at metro studying nursing. I quickly left the nursing program, received my bachelors degree in psychology, and recently began pursuing my masters in Special Education- Applied Behavior Analysis. I would not have made this decision if it weren't for the giant support system and people I have through Metro.

I have learned the duties of technicians, BSS's, CSS's, and BCBA's here, making this my ultimate dream job.
